We offer a service where we talk, we meet and we help resolve the problems that are important to people.
We provide a free independent service - we don't represent people. Instead, we use our expertise differently to help resolve issues between organisations in your sector.
The first thing you need to do is to let us know what the problem is, you can do this by contacting us or applying to use our service. We will be in touch to discuss the Pathways to Resolution. You can then decide what options will work for you. We recommend using the Talk - Meet - Resolve process because this gets everyone focused on the resolution and often resolves the problem. If no meeting is held, or agreement is not reached soon afterwards, then the dispute proceeds to Listen – Decide where an independent adjudicator decides the outcome of the dispute after listening to both sides.
